Here's Vamp as he appears in MGS4. The Raiden vs Vamp battle from E3 2007 trailer was awesome, even though it was a little bit over the top.
Anyway, I like his new design very much. I tried to draw all the details of his new appearance, but because I haven't got any good shot of his leg, they came out kind of crappy on the image... and finally fixed his legs. ^^ |

Love the coloring! I'm glad Vamp's getting further developed--he was a great character from what little was shown.
After watching that MGS4 trailer, I just needed to draw Vamp and was searching for a Vamp-esque pose (I'm not good at drawing humans from memory). And Cortes was a perfect "model" -- for obvious reasons ;D.
I'm also glad that Vamp is in MGS4 and will be developed. In MGS2 I think he was a little too flat - just a plain boss that shows from time to time and kill someone while grinning (but even though, he was so cool
